At MOIRA BEAUTY, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
